James Bartleet

James has returned to Avalon after originally starting his rope access career with us over 20 years ago. He has a range of skill sets within the rope access industry, having worked both in the UK and over a decade in the Wellington region within rope access. Also a qualified builder, he currently heads up our geotechnical projects.

James values the positive work environment that Avalon offers and the variety of projects and challenges that come with his role.

At home, most of his time is spent with his young family or fishing in Coromandel when he can get away.
